Stripe Verification Requirements
Depending on the information provided to Stripe when initially signing up, your business may be required to provide additional information. If you see the "Stripe Information Required" banner message across the top of your screen - please take action to ensure that your account remains enabled to process credit and debit card payments.
Option 1:
1. Go to Business > Settings > Accounting & Invoicing and click on "My Stripe Dashboard" at the bottom.
2. Once signed into Stripe Express, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner.
3. Click on the "Platform Settings" at the bottom to review the "Management and Ownership Settings."
4. Select the edit icon to edit each individual and provide the information needed (Job Title, Birthdate, Address, Phone Number and/or Social Security Number) as needed. Stripe does not specifically identify the information that is required. Please complete any fields that are blank.
5. Click on "Submit" to provide the required information.
*You may also add or remove people as needed. If adding, please be sure to provide all of the necessary information.
Option 2:
1. Click on "Go to Stripe" from the banner message in Unit Trac and login.
* The screen presented will look familiar to the sign up screen presented when first connecting with Stripe.
2. Stripe does not specifically identify the information that is required. Please complete any fields that are blank.
3. Select "Submit."
