What is an ACH payment?
ACH stands for Automated Clearing House. The Automated Clearing House is a centralized US financial network for banks and credit unions to send and receive electronic payments and money transfers. ACH payments are only available in the USA.

ACH payments are transfers of funds between accounts at different financial institutions, using the ACH network.

What is the fee to process a credit or debit card payment?
There is no enrollment or long-term fee for credit or debit card payment processing. The fee is 2.9% plus $1.00 per transaction.

*Note that in some countries this fee is lower, please contact our team for more details.

For example, if rent is $100 per month, the fee will be $2.90 + $1.00 = $3.90. A total of $96.10 will be deposited to your bank account.
Rent x .029 (2.9%) + $1.00 = Fee
i.e. - $100 x .029 + $1.00 = $3.90
$100 - $3.90 fee = $96.10 (net)

What is the fee to process an ACH payment?
There is no enrollment or long-term fee for ACH payments.  The fee is 1.9%
 plus $1.00 per transaction.

For example, if rent is $100 per month, the fee will be $1.90 + $1.00 = $2.90. A total of $97.10 will be deposited to your bank account.
Rent x .019 (1.9%) + $1.00 = Fee
i.e. - $100 x .019 + $1.00 = $2.90
$100 - $2.90 fee = $97.10 (net)

When will my business receive payouts for integrated payments?
Payouts are made weekly on Wednesdays.  If you accept credit and debit card payments, the ACH payments will be included in the payout. You can find additional information at Business > Payment Processing and click on the "Payouts" tab.

Do I have to accept credit/debit card payments and ACH payments?
No, you can choose which payment methods to accept. ACH payments are only available to businesses in the United States.
