No need for doing duplicate entries into QuickBooks (Sage, Xero or the accounting software of your choice).  Unit Trac offers per lease accounting within the software and the accounting reports can easily be used to reconcile with QuickBooks.  Most of our clients do monthly entry to reflect their total revenue. 

The Revenue Report in the upper right corner of the Accounting section produces a detailed report that includes dates, amounts, and any applicable fee and tax information.  You may also select a custom date range for the downloadable report - to generate a monthly, quarterly or year end report. 

The Revenue Report displays the transactions for the date range and is designed to be used to transfer the financial activity out of Unit Trac and into your accounting software.
